YNPN Phoenix, an affiliate chapter of YNPN National, is focused on building a stronger community propelled by a network of inspired and engaged leaders. Founded in 2007, YNPN Phoenix has provided support and resources to hundreds of community leaders across the valley through leadership development, networking, advocacy, and community focused programming. With over 125 members and 800 community supporters strong, YNPN Phoenix is the premier membership organization for professionals engaged in the social sector.
YNPN Phoenix is dedicated to cultivating a supportive and collaborative nonprofit sector, while contributing to the professional development of young nonprofit professionals in Metro Phoenix.
What We Do
We believe being educated and informed is the first step towards making Phoenix a better place to live and work. By offering programs that will help bolster and retain talent, we hope to foster upcoming leaders that will shape the future of Phoenix.
