Troika Consulting with Sentari Minor
What is your biggest problem right now? What challenges are you facing in your professional or personal life?
Use your colleagues and fellow YNPN members to help you problem solve and think through issues in your work. Through facilitated conversations and a method called “Troika Consulting”, attendees will get into groups of three to gain insight through peer-to-per coaching. A technique used by many large organizations to use the collective wisdom of a group to problem solve, share ideas, and ultimately help individuals think in a different way, YNPN Phoenix wants to empower its members to help each other in a meaningful manner.
YNPN President, Sentari Minor, will walk attendees through this exercise and the evening will also allow members to report out to the group, share more about their organizations and the work they are doing in the community, and make deep connections with fellow sector leaders.
